		<description>It works well, I've been using it for a while.  The only thing you lose is journaling in ext3 from windows, and why run such a terrible file system as FAT32 when you don't have to?</description>

		<description>A better idea is to set up an FAT32 formatted partiton. I dual boot with XP and LinuxMint, I use the FAT32 partition to transfer files to Windows.. Having Windows write to a Linux drive is asking for all kinds of problems.</description>
